Getting started

Kick-off meeting

First, we’ll have a discussion to understand your vision, objectives, and preferences. I’ll explain my process, time-frame, and ways to personalize the piece with a variety of aesthetic options.

Moodboard & First Iterations

For event or special occasion commissions, I develop a moodboard and rough sketch to make sure it aligns with your tastes and objectives.

Feedback & Collaboration

Once the sketch is approved and feedback incorporated, I complete the design. Small gold details can be added at the end for a whimsical touch. These details are agreed upon through regular check-ins.

Payment

We will discuss the price, including shipping and handling, add-ons (such as framing, further personalization, prints, etc.) during kickoff. We will also decide on method of payment with 50% of the fee processed before shipment date.

What is the cost of a consultation?

There is no cost for our initial call or meeting. There is only cost of the painting, add-ons, and delivery/shipping. Please inquire for precise and tailored information based on your specific needs.

What role do clients play in the design process?

Client input is integral. We collaborate closely, from moodboard creation to iterations, ensuring the design aligns seamlessly with your vision and preferences.

How long does the design process typically take?

The timeline varies depending on the project’s scope and complexity. I ensure an efficient process without compromising on the meticulous attention to detail.

How much will it cost?

I have standard pricing for prints on each page. Original painting prices vary by size. Custom pieces and sets are priced in consultation with the client and depend on size, level of detail, schedule (i.e. rush creation or shipping), shipping and handling costs, as well as extras (i.e. framing, additional prints, further personalization). All pricing is based on the quality of paper and materials used. Payment structures are discussed during the initial consultation and are typically based on project milestones to ensure a smooth and organized financial process.
